Was wanting to know how many syns in a tray of these from the Chinese.
No idea what the sauce in them is, maybe like an oyster one?
Any ideas?

No idea I'm afraid I posted a few weeks back about a pork and beansprouts dish and got no response, not sure how to find out? Sorry
