Banana shake - thick yoghurt/mousse

I have been experimenting with my shakes as I just can't stomach them very well and I have just added 100ml of cold water to the banana shake, whisked a lot and cooled in freezer for 5 minutes. It comes out a cross between a mousse and thick yoghurt and is really quite nice. Just thought I'd share!

Good tip, I have also had the chocolate hot and the vanilla in black coffee. They were both nice after all variety is the spice of life!
However I am generally so starving by the time I make the shake I doubt it would make it to the freezer let alone sit in there for 5 mins! - willpower is everything eh!!
