    I have wanted to be 10 stone for years. Already lost 2 stone on Atkins but really miss my carbs - so here i go.

    Wednesday 27th April

    Start weight 10.8

    Green day
    B - Scrabled egg with wholemeal toast (1/2 HEB1)
    L - Aldi spicy cous cous (1 syn) with mixed veg
    D - Cajun Chicken (HEB2), boiled potatoes, & salad with light mayo (3 syns)

    Snacks - Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB1), Funsize flake (4.5 syns)
    Syns used 8.5
    Drinks - Tea & coffee (Milk HEA1) & Water
    Exercise - Gardening (60 mins)

    Red Day

    B - Wholemeal toast (HexB1+ Marg (1 syn), Apple
    L - Mixed salad with chicken, light mayo (2 syns)
    T - Syn free chorizo sausages and onion on brown bun (HexB2), Tom sauce (1 syn), SW chips (4 syns)

    Snacks - Latte (HexA1&2),

    4 Gin & slimline tonics (10 syns)

    Total syns = 18 (it is a bank holiday tomorrow)
