Bbq food

Cooked a chicken earlier, literally used nothing... Just put it in the oven and cooked it in its own juices. All skin removed, would this be free on EE???

Plus BBQ'd some prawns and pork, with a little spice, would this be free???

As long as it was lean (all fat removed) and you didnt cook it in anything containing syns (eg oil, sugar) it will be free Plain spices and herbs are free, but ready-made spice mixes often have syns in as they add sugar and fat and things.

With this, and the smell coming from next doors garden I could hop the fence and pinch their BBQ!
