Weather tonight is rubbish, very windy, rainy and horrible!
Had an ok day, it needs to be better tomorrow though!
I behaved, had cottage pie for lunch, lemon biscuit, cookies and cream shake and mac n cheese with broccoli.

My pal got engaged while on hols to turkey, i was asked to be a matron of honour so I organised a trip to my local bridal shop. We closed the shop up and the lady was fantastic with her!
We had bubbly, crisps nuts and I had a couple of glasses!
This went on for 4 hours and then we went to a weather-spoons for dinner!
I had a burger!

Oooh.. It felt so naughty!

I have had a brilliant afternoon, it was just what she needed, she saw lots of things and loved them so has got a lot to think about!
It was worth it, but back to square one..
I had got to 11 stone..

I had a laugh though, and all th ladies said they didnt think I need to lose an more weight, that I should just concentrate on getting fit and get it pulled in..

After today, trying on dresses I am not sure what I need now.. I will try crop one and see what you think..

Wow! I must have behaved last night better than I thought!
I stood on the scales and they are still 11 stone? So I have finally lost the last 2 lbs from my gains and back to original weight before holiday..

I haven't been great these last few weeks, but I have had a lot going on after I came back from my hols.

People are saying I should stop losing weight, but I know when I am starkers that I have handles and a wee potbelly, when I have jeans on I have muffin top and I would like to correct that!

My girls and I had a wee fab time, I wasn't a killjoy but I did watch what I was doing, I think I am getting better at that! Lol..

Lazing in bed, OH gone sailing, I will gut house and attempt a 30 day shred, but for now I am enjoying lying in bed with the peace and quiet..

My house needs a complete revamp, just had the roof fixed, and we have 2 ceilings that need to come down as they are already partly down, then a new bathroom and kitchen and then new bedroom stuff!
Housework has been reduced significantly as there is absolutely no point! Lol..

Had a great lazy day yesterday, went and saw baby DD who is going to be 22 next week! Lol, it's her baby weight I am trying to shift!

Went to a very sociable event where people haven't seen me for nearly a year.. They were all amazed at my transformation!
It's only once people are giving you compliments that you realise how much you have changed!
OH got quite angry with me when I said after that it shows how bad I looked before? He said I have to stop twisting things..

Going to my Mums to do her housework, taking the other DD and the wee one as well.

House renovations ahoy! One benefit of living in OH house I feel no responsibility to look after it... Not my place LOL not my mess either!!

Hi hun, when you had a break off for your cruise did you stick to plan until you went then do a mini re-feed or just straight on and off?

Just wondering! One week tomorrow until I go away! Getting nervous hahah!

Ooh! Don't do as I did! Lol..
I did a mini refeed, and then went AWOL for 16 days, didn't go mental but had alcohol and carbs.
I put on a stone, but I do put on water weight when I go hot places.
When I was back a week I had lost 12 lbs strait away, and then the last 2 came off last week, so technically I only put on 2 lbs? If that makes any sense!
It was a great time and I would do it again as I needed it!

Did ok yesterday, OH didn't feel great last night and gave me a disturbed sleep so this morning I was really tired.
He stayed home, unlike him to do that!
I brought him lunch in from Greg's and made sure he was ok.
Had a spicy spaghetti, and a choc shake. Then when I came home I cooked him an omelette and I had mac n cheese with broccoli and rocket.. Mmmm
Just curled up on the sofa after a really wet day, with a large cup of tea and a lemon bar mmm..
I have only drank 1 litre today, but lots of tea and coffee as well..

I added extra protein first, then extra carbs before going on the cruise, then I added the booze! L..
Trying to think how I did it as it was the end of July!
Shake, lunch was protein and meal pack, dinner protein veg and mel pack, bar as snack.
Then added another shake at end of day, then added carbs on 1 meal ie porridge.
It worked ok, I stayed the same weight while doing it, but put on the stone while away due to water retention and a bit because of food.

I have just hit TOTM, so no exercise for me! Lol..
been to visit my cousin, glad that's over!

I need to get some form of stuff sorted, just not sure what I want to go on..

I just hate being a burd sometimes!
