Trying to think how I did it as it was the end of July!
Shake, lunch was protein and meal pack, dinner protein veg and mel pack, bar as snack.
Then added another shake at end of day, then added carbs on 1 meal ie porridge.
It worked ok, I stayed the same weight while doing it, but put on the stone while away due to water retention and a bit because of food.
