I was thinking the same about the addiction! I dont know where its coming from, never used to like it and thought it would never happen!
 
I have made the pancakes without the oatbran used them to wrap my chicken, fajita style! they were yummy! :)I used the recipe from the recipe thread and used 1/2 the quantities and I got 4 pancakes. I have eaten 2 and kept 2 as I am unsure how much skimmed milk powder we can have a day. The 2 pancakes had roughly 40g.

I have downed 2l of water so far and I intend to down another litre in addition to 2 cups black coffee and a peppermint tea!

Food plan today: Day 85 PP
Breakfast:
lemon galette with lemon curd

Lunch:
chicken fajitas

Dinner:
chicken curry
stir fried asparagus! (oh dont ask!! :D)
strawberry mousse

Fluid intake
3l water :eek:
2 cups black coffee :eek:
1 peppermint tea

Exercise
Recovery week
10mins abs exercises (raining all day couldn't go for a walk!)

they didnt fit in June, they wouldn't even go as high as yours. Anyways good point, I shall go and buy some 12s and work into them! :D
 
I can't believe I drank 3l of plain water! And I have eaten a whole bunch of asparagus, I had to eat before Cornie came home so I didnt have to share! :D Roll on tomorrow.

Becky I have never come across your diary before but I had a flick through just now and all your food looks amazing, I wish I was a more confident cook then maybe I wouldnt get as bored as I do!

Keep up the good work, maybe you could come and stay with me and keep me on track??? Lol
 
Thanks Zo, I love my food so much, I have to make it nice, I also happen to love cooking!

Sussex is near, I will move in for 2 weeks, that should take care of the 2.5lbs! :D
 
That 2.5lbs aint budging, ive kind of admitted defeat and gone onto conso before Im totally on the wrong side of 10st!!

Id be happy just to be able to make some edible muffins and cookies every now and then!!

Good plan that, I would do thesame if I feel I am struggling better consolidate at 'untrue weight' than jeopardise all of your hard work! :D

Use the recipe where you whip the egg whites til stiff then you fold into the mixed other ingredients. I find the lemon ones really lovely, I put lemon zest from 1 lemon and a tsp of lemon flavouring (Dr Oeteker one is very good, oil based but I dont really care, not using the whole bottle!) to a 6tbsp oatbran mix. The bit to note is do the folding in quickly so you dont lose the air, this makes them rise and also light in texture! :)
 
As of this morning Becky u only have to stay for a week 9st8.2!!!!

So the scales have moved 0.5lbs and I am not sure if its the asparagus or the water and vile coffee but all the same I am happy! I shall be eating the asparagus all day long! Official weigh in is tomorrow 3lbs so far lets see if we can push it tomorrow, perhaps to 5.5lbs is pushing it a bit too far! :D

And the size 12 jeans are in the contest hehehehehe:

This is what the size 14 jeans were like in June so perhaps by December these will be up and zipped!
 
With another bunch of asparagus today I reckOn u should have that 3 pound off by tomorrow no problem.

Looking forward to watching the countdown to the size 14 jeans.

Thanks Sarah. Will be here first thing, because meet target or not I am really happy with my losses this past month!

I was bad food day today as in my eating was really haphazard, didnt cheat though. Spent the whole day shopping in town and tempted myself by taking Brad to Starbucks! I was crying inside looking at the blueberry muffin! I had a skinny latte!
Can't wait for weigh in tomorrow because even if I dont lose more, as long as I dont gain overnight, I will be out of the 200s! lbs that is! :woohoo:

And oh yes I had the asparagus! :D The stench of the wee though.........

oatbran porridge
scambled egg
grilled tomato

Lunch:
Starbucks medium skinny latte

Dinner:
butternut squash and red pepper soup
smoked salmon and egg stir fry
stir fried asparagus!
4 toffee muffins
( I was hungry, and the muffins were eaten a little later after dinner! not that I have to justify myself or anything! :D)

Fluid intake
1l water (I seriously felt flooded)
1 cups black coffee
That starbucks latte!
1 peppermint tea

Exercise
Recovery week
30 mins walk + all that shopping!
