They say you cant announce your own death, but I am dead!!! :D That woman (Jillian Michaels) is a killer! Just done the 6pack DVD and had to take breaks! I suppose what they say about varying your workouts is true as you challenge other body parts and can actually feel the pain! You would think with turbofire everything else is a walk in the park, well this DVD wasn't! Just crossing over to check on Laura she might be dead too! :D

Oooo that sounds good! If I ever manage to complete Insanity this may be my new challenge afterwards! :D

It's tough but hey if it brings the 6 pack then bring it on!! :D I also did the turbofire stretch class hoping it will help ease the pain! :) the things you use to ease the pain!!!:D

Morning Beck

Just to give you some encouragement (not that you need it), I saw a friend of a friend on Friday and she looked amazeballs! Last time I saw her (which I think was the end of January), she was carrying loads and loads of baby weight.

Anyway, she credits her body makeover entirely to the Insanity programme.

You go, girl :D

P x

Brilliant!! Thanks P, motivation is always needed, i am singing I can do it now. Problem is the thought that I have been doing it for too long keeps creeping in the mind and I have to keep quashing it because those thoughts are the beginnings of giving up!! :)

I have just made Dukan Jaffa cakes and they are lovely!! The smell in the kitchen was to die for! :) Got 12 out of my 2tbsp Oatbran. Next time I will spread then with the Dukan chocolate spread!

BECKY!!! Do it we could call you the new Nigella!!! Xxx

Lol. Flattered but don't think I can match the lady, I suppose I can always hide behind limited ingredients!!!

I agree you should start a recipe thread x

Oooo jaffa cakes sound yum, esp with only 2tbs of oatbran. Def something i could go for LOL.

My muffins don't really rise either, but i don't think they do because they have limited baking powder in them.

I had salt and pepper chicken for my tea and it was delish, really loved it, thank you so much for recipe. Only difference for me was that I didn't have onion powder so used the garlic powder and a few twists of salt ground.
