Thanks my lovelies. And asparagus has done it!! 3 loo visits last night and a lb off this morning so hooray to the 11s. 11st13.5 this morning!:)

Well, I had to update the stats for that lb, didnt I? :D Well just so I can see the 11s. If I put it back on by Friday then tough!! I hope not though, it will be nice if I lose some more.

Food for today: Day 165 PV
Breakfast
Banofee muffins

Lunch
chinese chicken stir fry
Muller fat free Greek coconut and vanilla yogurt

Dinner
Celery and tomato soup
chilli corne carne
root mash
vegetable stirfry (asparagus thrown in! :D)
Asda mince pie
125ml red wine

Fluid intake
1.5l water
3 cups coffee
3 cups green tea

Exercise
30 mins treadmill

Well yesterday I ended up trialing a gala meal (whispers: cheated!!). Added celery and tomato soup which was legit but had 1/2 glass of red and a mince pie!! Ok if you are in conso, very good actually if in conso but hey I am still in cruise so I guess it's cheating!! :D no regrets there, really wanted to have a good meal with hubby and I did enjoy it with some heart to heart talk as it was a quite a long leisurely meal in!! :) Cornie had a jacket potato with his chilli and obviously drank the rest of the bottle of wine!:D

LOL TRIALING conso sounds much better - I mean you gotta try before you buy!!! LOLOLOL! Glad you had a lovely meal..... You do deserve it! I had a sneaky vodka last night but was better than the planned night out on Friday where I would have guzzled alot more vodka and possibly a takeaway!!! LOL! x

Today i wasn't excited about anything so i changed my last PP day to PV and decided to give myself an exercise rest day! i can link the mood to TOTM next week! now i am off to bed before i kill my husband as i am feeling very tetchy and ready to pounce!!!
