Hi all
I had this idea of making onion gravy for my sausage and cauliflower mash...I thought about using a small tin of beef consomme (which is very low in carbs) on a small amount of fried onion ...Has anyone else tried this? Or perhaps used it for gravy on their roast? Does it work?
