Hey all
just wondering if anyone could shed some light on points values for the beefeater menu. I have already checked the list on the long and bumpy journey website unfortunately it hasn't been updated for the revised menu :(.

I don't really follow WW but i often take guidance from the points value of food to give me a good idea of the healthier options. I'll more than likely have the chargrilled chicken but it now comes with a choice of sauce, so i don't know which is the better choice.

If not can anyone please tell me which would be the healthier option outof the accompimants list:
*jacket potato
*buttered new potatoes
*dauphinoise potatoes
*white rice
*piri piri rice

Hi there. Either the white rice or the jacket potato will be your healthiest and lowest point option. Obviously you'll need to steer clear of the butter and sour cream if you go for the spud option. New potatoes are fine if you can have them not buttered.
