    Hi all
I had my seventh weigh in this morning and am another 5 pounds down. I then had to argue with the chemist to get another weeks supply. I did intend to stay on this for 2 more weeks and then the re-feed. I am tall and broad but i never seen this coming.
They said that i have little fat on my body now and i will damage myself internally if i dont stop. At my weight im surprised. What is ye're thoughts on this.......

    Starting weight 16st 2lbs
    Week 1 -12 15st 4lb
    Week 2 - 6 14st 12lb
    Week 3 - 7 14st 4lb
    Week 4 - 7 13st 12lb
    Week 5 - 4 13st 8lb
    Week 6 - 6 13st 2lb
    Week 7 - 5 12st 12lb

    Hi Hun
Firstly well done, another good week.

Second I can onle speak by my own experience. As some of you know I have an aversion to scales, in that I hate being weighed. I am not that bothered about what I weigh, just know how I feel. I will check when I think I am at my target to make sure BMI is OK for health reasons. My chemist has never weighed me once. I just buy what I want , pay the money and thats it. No questions asked at all. Now I am definitely NOT saying this is what should happen to everyone else, cos its obviously essential to monitor users carefully. Its just my experience. So I will continue to buy LT until I decide not to. For you hun all I can suggest is that you talk it through with your chemist and explain your goals and see if things change.

    Good luck :)

I find that some of the chemists don't know what they are talking about! If u r not happy try and find another chemist.
Am sure u will know when it's time to stop.
Well done on the weight loss so far

Thats a good idea. The weight loss is so fast though it is hard to know when youre comfortable. Maybe i was washed out looking when i walked into the chemist. Had a hard weekend with sick kids. Ill say to her about my bmi next week and slap a bit of make-up on

    Week 1 -12 15st 4lb
    Week 2 - 6 14st 12lb
    Week 3 - 7 14st 4lb
    Week 4 - 7 13st 12lb
    Week 5 - 4 13st 8lb
    Week 6 - 6 13st 2lb
    week 7 - 5 12st 12lb

lol Teg, sorry had to check. Well personally I think that BMI thing is a load of *****, according to it I should be between 8-9.5 stone!!!. I would look rediculous, so 11-11.5 is more like it for me. You have to go with what you feel. Personally I want to be a comfortable 14, don't want to lose my curves!! The chemist actually asked me last week did I want to do refeed now, cause I looked good! But definitely go with your own gut feeling. They have to give it once your BMI is not below 25. Good luck!

I also thought you could stay on till you reach BMI of 25.

Your losses have been fantastic by the way - can I ask how much water you drink?

I've never been told that you have to come off it when your bmi hits 25....each chemist seems to make up their own rules. Mine said they do not go off bmi coz its not an accurate guide...that a body builder was obese, so its a waste of time.

Have you noticed how the general concensus seems to be that the Chemist dont know their a..e from their elbow - my last chemist was about 5 stone overweight herself which I did not think was a good advert for their weightloss products - I agree with most, get to where you feel comfortable, not sure about you but my face can look a normal size (which is what people see first) but I know where my chubby bits are hiding !!!

Teg, if you don't get any satisfaction from them I'd go into a different chemist and say you were doing it in work in Dublin (for example) but now you have to get somewhere local and can you continue with them please. I would think 12 12lb is a bit early to be insisting you come off it (although I'd be very happy at the moment to be 12 st 12!) ;) I would have thought at your height, which is about the same as me, that you'd be able to stay on it until at least 11 stone - a friend of mine who's 5 foot 8 got down to 10 1/2 and she only started at 12 stone.

If you're not happy, change chemists!

Chemists definitely on the most part anyway, do not have a clue it seems. Mine couldn't even tell me about the Peppermint tea Q?? I think its an easy way for them to make money. Although I have to say, one of the girls in the chemist lost 5 st on LT, so she is good, but as for the actual chemist... paaf!!!

One of my friends is a chemist - they don't do Lipo but he wouldn't tell me how much they make - most definitley see it as a moneyspinner - (apart from one in Prestwich, Mcr who was v professional but too far from me) I wouldn't mind if they knew what they were talking about and really committed to learning the science etc !!!

Basically , they are talking 5hit!!!!!!1 Guidelines state you can go down to a bmi of 20 ( my chemist showed me)and also your BMI is still not within the healthy range minimum of 25 try a different chemist if you can these guys sound like TWATS!!!!!! GOD, some chemist are so incompetent!!!!!! Makes my blood boil...the whole idea of LT is to get people back within the healthy range of BMI not just in but comfortably in so normally around 23 !!!!!! I Would ring LT and report them and they should give them a good telling off... then you will get your LT!!!!!!!

Yup agree about the Chemists, mine used to let me have LT by post! Never asked what weight I was, would just send how many weeks supply I wanted. Fortunately, because I was an "old hand" at LT it wasn't a problem, but it could be for anyone who was new to the product.

I am 5' 8" and I am 10st 3lbs and I feel that is right for me, but different people might like to weigh less/more. Its up to you hun, its your body and how you feel in it is the most important thing. There are no guidelines on LT as to what weight or BMI you should start to re-feed so I suggest you talk to your Chemist about how YOU feel and what YOU want to do, and as suggested before, if they insist you have to re-feed find another Chemist, or contact LT direct and tell them that you want to continue and could they contact the Chemist or suggest another Chemist for you.

You keep going hun if that's what you want to do. You must stay in control x x x
