Belgium in January

Has anyone been there that early in the year before? I have been planning on taking my boyfriend there for this 30th for a few days. I have never been abroad before at all, however- he has been to NY and Florida before so I'm pretty excited to see some of the world, even if it's starting kinda close to home.

Just wanted to see if anyone had been/ if there was anywhere there you'd recommend

I went in May last year, went to Bruges and had a fantastic time!! Watch the film ' In Bruges' before hand, then it is really fun finding places from the film! Beautiful place!!!
