Belvita breakfast biscuits??

I have tried searching through the forum and can't find anything on them, was wondering about the syn values for these or if they can be used as a hexb?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Despite the advertising they are just biscuits and not high enough in fibre to be a HEB

They start at 3 syns per biscuit dep on flavour but use 1 syn per 20 calories to find yours
