I agree - if you know what you are having each day ... or better still every day for the week, you can make sure you use all your points up and have different foods.
I will have ups and downs sometimes with losing weight you can never have a continious weight loss every week without something going wrong if you do you must be very strict
I shall make a menu out one night and plan every night what to have and do same for bfast and lunch which is usually the same sandwiches but you get fed up of them
