Hi peeps,

Can you tell me if this is ok for today? :) I'm not new to this but I am struggling and got 7 weigh ins left!!

Mon 13.2.2012

Breakfast

1 alpen bar apple & sultana (hexb)
1 alpen bar chocolate fudge (hexb)
Grapes and kiwi fruit

Lunch

Batchelors Savoury Chicken Rice with cherry tomatoes (sf), yellow pepper (sf)

Banana

Dinner

Butternut squash soup (sf) with 2 sliced brown bread (6 syns)

Mince with syn free gravy, carrots (sf), green beans (sf), peas

Chopped fresh banana, chopped fresh apple with 100ml of Alpro Soya custard (4 syns)

Total 10 syns

Pasta salad or should I say not a lot of it

Dinner

Steamed Salmon
Peas
Green beans (sf)

Snack

3 mini choc eggs (3syns each according to calories! = 9 syns)
Handful of choc buttons (5 syns)

Total 21 syns (flexi syn day I decided!)

Hiya Bev, I think these look great apart from your HexA. Are you having it? :)
 
Oops I have around 100ml of soya milk but I do find it hard as I'm dairy free (milk, cheese, cream, yoghurt) and I seriously hate soya milk so I force it down me.

I can't stomach any more hexa. X

Ahh, sounds hard :( don't suppose there's much you can do if you can't have dairy.
