A couple of days off track :-(!!

I find it difficult when i can't train due to injuries....

Back on diet today & gym on monday....

Must limit the damage!!!!
 
After a week of struggling to stick to plan/exercising I am surprised to see a loss tonight....
Another 1.5lb off for a total of 82lb or 5st 12lb....
 
Great again - imagine what you'll do this week sticking to plan and back working out!!

My intention is to get back on it but finding it difficult to fully focus with lots of distractions at work & home....

I need to get back to planning my meals & training....

Feeling like a good week, still struggling with Back/Shoulder but just managing to workout without to much pain....

I hope you put new batteries in your crystal ball & old ones can give untrue readings, so I hear....;-)

Considering I put £30 on itfc to finish top 6 I admit my psychic powers my be skewed but I think you'll do ok! My week is going really well so far. After my flexi Saturday I'm back to it straight away which means I've changed as I'd usually use it as an excuse to fall off plan for a few days/weeks/ months...
