BIG G TO LITTLE G 2013

Considering I put £30 on itfc to finish top 6 I admit my psychic powers my be skewed but I think you'll do ok! My week is going really well so far. After my flexi Saturday I'm back to it straight away which means I've changed as I'd usually use it as an excuse to fall off plan for a few days/weeks/ months...

Lol....not really looking at the football leagues at the moment coz it's not pretty reading for us....
My crystal ball says we're going down to Div 2, lol....
Sounds like your in a good place as I usually have a flexi Sat Eve followed by a munchie ridden Sunday to get over the hangover!!

(Pissstttt, the scales looked really good at my half week WI this morning. Just need to keep going!!)

Mine too . I was 3 off and in the 13s Friday then4 days later and sticking to plan I'm 2 off - good but wanted to go down a stone & lose my stone grrrrr annoying body

It's extremely annoying....

To top it off I've only just got in from going to Gym this morning, I didn't plan food & allowed myself to get over hungry....

Pie & Chips later....:-(!!

A relaxed week is a must I think....

Going to get back on track tomorrow but will not be writing a dairy this week....

I have a busy week ahead & hopefully I'll get a loss to reach 6st....

6 wk in group challenge starting this week & I will/must/need to win this....
