A loss is a loss and the difference between the two pics is amazing - wouldn't believe it's the same person!!! You must be so proud of yourself :)

After a month of yoyoing it's time to get back to writing my food diary....
Now I am back doing my own job I shall have time to update throughout the day....
My weight loss currently stands at 5st 7lb or 77lb, time to get shedding!!!!

1800 Dinner
Chicken Stir Fry with Beansprouts & Noodles & Mini Calippo (3.5 Syn's).

2115 Snack
2 Mug Shots, Apple, Banana, Yoghurt (1.5 Syn's).

Daily Syn's: 8.5/15

Weekly Syn's: 8.5/105
