Hi, your food diary has given me some good pointers thanks. Started off really well but didn't lose anything last week even tho had had a good week so fell off the rails - not looking forward to WI this week.
You are doing really well and will breeze thru your race :)

Yeah a great week apart from a poor dinner yesterday but plenty in the bank to cover it!!

Cheeky WI at exact my WI time tonight showed a 5lb loss so hoping for a 4lb at least....

You are doing really well and will breeze thru your race :)

If your new to SW make sure you keep full food diaries for each & every week until you are losing steadily....
That way you can discuss your eating with your leader....
If you have any questions I will try to help!!

As for the running, I'm sure I'll be ok as long as my body stops falling apart on me....

Backs, Shoulders & Ankles need to stay strong!!
 
I did SW years ago and did really well and then did WW for last two years as had to loose weight for an operation and since then have put 2 stone back on. Tried going back on WW but didn't seem to work anymore so switch to SW and am loving the new system. I am doing it myself at home as difficult to get out to a meeting so may come to you for advice :)

I didn't get on with WW, I tried 3 times & got stuck at the same weight each time....

I went through that weight barrier without any problem with SW....

I had a bad few months at the end of last year but re-focused now, so determined to get to my target by aug/sept & run the GSR in October!!

A big year ahead!!

I will do my best to answer any questions you may have ;-)!!

I was spoilt yesterday and unfortunately it was not with healthy stuff but was very nice so not a good day in one way but lovely in another :)
I am back on track today so hopefully will not put on at WI in this week before we go away.
its not helping that our dog is on complete rest at the moment so am not getting out walking her everyday. Been back to the vet today and its another week of rest so still no walkies!

I am determined & so close to getting into the teens, where I haven't been for about 15 years....

Well done for getting back on it, it's important to ensure a bad day doesn't turn into a bad week!!

I am still off exercise due to back so just concentrating on eating properly....

I'm back to where I was before I went off track last October....

Got 4 clear months now, 8.5lb from getting into the teens. so 2/3 weeks hopefully....

Back to making fresh steps rather than going over old ones, it will start to feel great again!!

But will be requiring new clothes again soon I'm sure....lol

A bit disappointed by hey a loss is a loss....
