Bikram Yoga/other exercise?

Hello all,

I started Bikram Yoga in October 2009 and which is just amazing. I've seen excellent results so far!

I wondered if, firstly, there were other people doing it on the forum and also whether you do other forms of exercise too? I don't want to lose momentum with my weight loss so wondered whether I need to mix it up a bit. (Was a very keen runner but that's out now due to injury).
