:wave_cry:Hi Everyone, well, I managed to fall off the wagon big time in December and have got myself to 13 stones and it has to stop! I have started SW online today and hope that posting my food and exercise will help to motivate me. Tried on a couple of dresses for a family event next month and feel so fat, frumpy and depressed - it's up to me to change things..... so here goes! Wish me luck :)

Monday's Diary:

Breakfast: Vanilla Muller Light, 42g Weetabix Crunchy Bran (HEB 1), Banana

Snack: Fresh pineapple

Lunch: Quorn Curry, 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB 2), Lurpak Light (3 syns)

Snack: Tea with milk (HEA 1), veg & fruit crudites

Dinner: Birds Eye Cheese Ravioli (3.5 syns), large mixed salad & 3 mini babybel light (HEA 2)

Does this look okay? Syns for the day = 6.5

Exercise: 20 minutes Step & Boxing on Wii Fit and a long walk at lunchtime

Lunch: 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEXB2), Baked Beans, 1 tsp Lurpak Light (1.5 syns)
Dinner: Quorn Bolognaise, Pasta & 3 mini babybel light (HEXA1)

Snacks: Fruit, Muller Light, Tea with Milk (HEXA2)

Will try the Jessie Wallace DVD again for exercise tonight.
