    Im sick of eating rubbish and feelin cr*p so here goes....
    Im staring propley tomorrow, Here goes......

    a:~ 250ml SS Milk
    a:~ 42g Cathedral Light Cheese
    b:~ 1 x 800g Brown Bread
    b:~ 1 x 800g Brown Bread

    Cup Of Tea - 2 Sugars (2)

    Breakfast:~ Cheese and Tomato Toastie

    Snacks:~ 250g Punnet of Baby Tomatoes
    Coffee - 2 Sugar (2)

    Lunch:~ Chicken Dinner - 56g Lean Chicken (5 syns), Potatoes, Carrotts, Broccilli, Sweetcorn, 28g Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing Made up (1.5)
    Gravy (4)

    Snacks:~ Options Indulgence - Choc Cherry (3)
    Coffee (1)

    Dinner:~ Roast Potatoes, Baked Beans, Mushrooms and 2 Fried Eggs In Fry Light (FREE)

    Lunch:~ Steak, Oven Cooked Veg:~ Mushrooms, Peppers, Courgettes and Red Onion Done In Fry Light

    Dinner:~ Fresh Salmon, Green Veggies, 168g New Potatoes (6) and 2 dsp of Bisto Parsley Sauce (4)

    b:~ 2 Alpen Light Choc and Orange Bars

    Breakfast:~ 2 Weetabix

    Snacks:~ 1 Alpen Bar
    1 Coffee - 1 Sugar (1)

    Lunch:~ Tagatelle Pasta, With Stir-in Slow Roasted Garlic and Tomato Sauce (4 syns per half pot) with Grilled Cheese on Top (A)

    Snacks:~ 1 Alpen Bar

    Dinner:~ Quorn Shephards pie (5) with Red Cabbage

    Extra Easy Day.

    b:~ Medium Slice Brown Bread

    Breakfast:~ 2 Slices Of Toast (4.5) with 200g Curry Baked Beans (1), Cup of Coffee - 2 Sugars (2)

    Dinner:~ Salmon, Veg, Potatoes and Bisto Parsley Sauce (2)

    Tea:~ 2 x Quorn Chicken Style Burgers (5) and Salad.

    Total Syns:~ 14.5
