Im staring propley tomorrow, Here goes......

Lunch:~ Chicken Dinner - 56g Lean Chicken (5 syns), Potatoes, Carrotts, Broccilli, Sweetcorn, 28g Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing Made up (1.5)

Snacks:~ Options Indulgence - Choc Cherry (3)
Coffee (1)

Dinner:~ Roast Potatoes, Baked Beans, Mushrooms and 2 Fried Eggs In Fry Light (FREE)
