Blenders

I've been reading a bit on here about blenders and thought I'd let everyone know Lidl had a jug one yesterday that does crushed ice and it's only £14.99.

I've bought one and my breakfast shake was fantastic compared to the stick blender.

Check before you go though as I'm not sure all the shops have the same offers.

I bought a Hinari Genie a few days ago, it's fantastic!

It does crush ice as well (not sure if it's supposed to though) so it makes the shakes much more interesting, and they're a lot frothier than when I've done it with the boring old stick blender.

My other half bought me a Kenwood smoothie maker at the weekend as a treat for doing well so far (bless him lol) Have made a couple of my shakes into smoothies which were lovely and also did some butterscotch "ice cream" which was less successful but still tasted delish!
