I don't think they are ever going to shrink have gone down a good 2 dress sizes, but why don't they go at the same speed? I mean a size 16 is fine now in jumpers and stuff but any fancy sort of party wear they just don't fit tops fit fine round the middle but no way will my girls fit in the space they give you up the top gutted xx

I'm in the same boat. I looked at my pics the other day where I had lost 3 stone 8lbs and although my tummy is getting smaller I still have comedy boobs!

No you can get them I had one when I was younger, actually thinking about it I've always had this problem but those bras used to be quite big as in couldn't hide in the tops I kind of had my hopes on
maybe will have to find another style

The problem is they make you look out of proportion and I do not want to have the figure of a blow up doll. Also, getting dresses to fit is a nightmare as if they fit on the boobs they hang like a tent everywhere else, and shirts which fit neatly on the waist, pull across the boobs giving everyone an eyeful of my bra

I keep buying everything with a lycra so it stretches where it needs to and stays nicely fitted everywhere else. Admitedly, it's not easy to find right fit.

Minimiser bras are horrid -they give you weird lumps and bumps by trying to shove your boobs under your armpits. If you're a 16, try bravissimo.com - they're a shop specialising in bras and clothes for those over a D cup. Clothes aren't the cheapest but aren't too pricy on the whole and certainly worth a look for a christmas party dress. They go up to a size 18 in most tops/dresses and each size comes in curvy, really curvy or super curvy to accommodate different cup sizes. So your top/dress has room for your boobs and is properly fitted to the rest of your body instead of being a tent. Seriously worth a look, I'm a 36g and pretty much all my "night out" clothes are from there now, it's great.

Actually that's a great tip IslandBreeze. I'm just about getting into size 18s now so that may work. I just don't want to spend too much money on clothes as I'm not planning to stay in the next size for long

I found on previous diets that the boobs were the last place that the weight came off, so perhaps others will have the same experience.
I am bankrupting myself with the purchasing of Clarins gel (for morning) and a lotion for the evening. Not sure what good it is doing but I would like to believe that it at least helps with maintaining a little gravity x

Last time I lost lots of weight, I didnt seem to lose any of my boobs. When I started CD I didnt lose any of them for weeks. However suddenly I am losing of them!! thank god! Please please please can my belly go next?!

I found mine disappeared all of a sudden - not that they are small now believe me! I think it took around 4 stone or so before the loss was noticeable. I've gone from a 38JJ to a 32GG so feel the big boob pain!

Once you start introducing food again working up the plans, the volume starts to come back a bit too, don't get me wrong, they haven't turned into lovely pert ones but they no longer resemble the tennis ball in a sock from SS days!
