Yay it's official I'm in the 11s & lower than I've been this year.... Can't believe how this fasting is working for me & every one feels easier. Yes you're hungry but not ravenous & the results make it worthwhile.. Oh & I got my 100lb loss back

It's my sons 8th birthday today so we were up at 6am, I sense a long day ahead thank God it's an up day....

Well today is the boys party day, wish me luck with 30 kids in a cinema they are renovating as a community project... as yet there is no heating & it's a bit spit & sawdust but it was he only cinema in Lincoln when we were kids so it's very close to my heart. Reckon I will stress off anything I eat today lol

It was ok, a few very boisterous boys but I'm so tired I admit it's pizza for tea & I've had 1/2 a bit of cake but how could I resist this???
