Nope.... Official weigh in is 12:0:8 so up on the last 2 days but I'm hoping with a good day today it will be down by a big jump tomorrow. Cannot let this get me down
 
Yeah I guess I was 12:4 last Friday so I should be happy...

Have another good day planned, low carb 1300ish cals & I'm back in ketosis so I know by body is burning the right stuff off.
 
Nearly back in the 11's .. Won't be long now.

I am almost at the 11's (finally) I haven't been 11 something in 8 years so I will be very excite when I reach it.

Well done on a good week.
 
Thanks everyone. Low carb just works for me & I need to stop fighting it. When I get to 11:7 I will probably do what Rachel said & eat it on a weekend in limited amounts & all week stay away from it
 
Think I've decided to up my cals a bit to 1450 while I'm low carbing cos I'm actually wondering if I'm not eating enough as look at atkins that's low carb & really high fat & cals.
 
Biggest failure of diets is that dieters are hungry :)
 
Hmmmm not a good day carb wise, fish from the chippy for lunch but no chips then ate a pancake at teatime & I don't even like them!!!!! Oh well I'm within cals just at 80 odd grams of carb which is about 25 above where I need to be really. Oh well it's done now & it's one bad day not a week. Tomorrow is planned already so I know I'll be ok....
 
Still in ketosis just but I didn't weigh in this morning as I'm so constipated (sorry tmi) & am worried if I don't like what I see I'll freak & eat too much so stayed away from the scales. Have a nice day planned today though although no real exercise apart from the ironing pile lol
 
Have a spoon of oil.. Prune juice .. I'm starting to have the same prob except for different reasons ..
