Just joined Slimming world and have bought 12 weeks (to make sure i stick to it this time)
Anyway...i already see a bump in the road. My OH has booked a meal at Bread Street Kitchen for Valentines day....really looking forward to it but I'm just hoping it wont derail by resolution this year to actually be pre preg weight.
Ive had a look at the menu but there arent any nutritional info on any of the dishes. Could someone please have a look and recommend what would be ok...
