    Day 1

    Belvita biscuits
    Minestrone soup
    Sausage casserole
    Plum and shape yogurt

    x3 fruity menthos sweets. Cashews
    x2 coffees and 1 tea. SF spple sparking water.

    1st day went ok, i'm gunna be a bride in May so need to lose 4stone!!! gunna be hard!! x
