Brrrrrr!

I finished Management a few weeks ago and I STILL feel the cold.:( On Saturday I actually bought a pair of gloves! Buying gloves in May - it shouldn't happen!
 
I have found if you are warm in bed at night you sleep properly and therefore remain warmer during the day.
Invest in a dual control electric blanket. You can have your side warmed independentely of your partners. You don't need to go to bed trussed up and uncomfortable. So you sleep better. If you have a broken nights sleep or restless sleep, you do feel the ketosis cold more. I have used an electric blanket for months now and it has certainly helped me. Plus it hasn't had a detremental effect on bedroom relations. So good luck all you chilly millies out there.
