Hello! I am been a member here for a few weeks and I am addicted, so I thought I would start my food diary on here as I have 16 weeks until my holiday to Australia and I want to lose 16 pounds!
Please please comment if you see something I am doing wrong!! Thanks!
Thursday 15th July - EE Day
B/Fast = Quorn Sausages
Snack = 2x Apples
Lunch = New potatoes, prawns, tomatoes, cucumber & piece of SW quiche. Fruit and Mullerlight yogurt
Dinner = Tuna Steak in soy sauce with SW Macaroni Cheese (strange I know but I am craving it)
HEXa = 6 EL Laughing Cows (for macaroni)
HEXb = 2 Alpen Bars throughout the day
Syns = Splashs of milk (2), EL Mayo (0.5)
