    I have been doing atkins induction for 3 weeks now, I thought it was time to write a diary, to hold me accountable and for support to keep me on track. It's very nice to see so manu familiar faces, Hi to everyone from before x. Start weight was 11.03, haven't weighed myself since but I have seen a difference in my clothes, will next weigh in Saturday. Can anyone tell me how much you van expect to lose on induction in one month?

    Hi busy! You have a normal BMI already do its hard to say what your losses would be - for someone with a few stone of excess I'd say around 10lbs, for you probably between 5lbs and 10lbs? But everyone is different and this is no exact science. It also depends if you had much water weight to drop etc.

    Today has been another fab Atkins day. Menu

    B/L 3fried eggs n mushrooms
    D lamb tikka n salad

    Sat will be one month on Atkins, hope the scale gods are good to me.

    Had another excellent attkins day. Menu was b. fried eggs and mushrooms. L. 3seekh kebabs. dinner chicken salad. Its been a whole month on atkins. I was supposed to WI but not had a chance to buy new batteries for scale.

    I have finally weighed in.....drumroll...I have lost 1 stone exactly after 4weeks on atkins. I am ok with that if a little disappointed for not getting under 10st. That will have to be this months goal.

    Woop woop woop woop, dh has suggested flying out on boxing day for some winter sun :). Gonna trawl the net for a last second deal. Thinking to do a vlcd for a week but have too many socials between then and holiday...hmm..what to do? what to do??

    In my personal opinion I would say don't bother, it's Christmasssss and whatever u will lose u may put it all back on when u go away, but that's just what I would do :) xxx

    Hi everyone hope you akk had a Fab Atkins day. My days bn fulla shopping n wrapping, got the girls at my little boys nursery some lovely smellys.
    todays menu;

    B.3fried eggs (with runny yolk yum yum) fried mushrooms.
    L.chick tikka nbsalad
    D.very very spicy frittata with corgettes instead of potatoes
    S.cranberry cheese yum yum.

    Don't have any xmas stuff but do have to start think about packing for hols, nothings confirmed yet prices are through the ROOF even for the naffest destinations! Hope you all have a wonderful day. Onwards and downwards all!!
