Hi everyone, had a lovely day with family yesterday but did go totally off plan! Then there's Xmas dinner in a few days just wondering if its worth getting back into K?!??!

Morning hun glad u had a good time with the fam I expected to go out of ketosis last night but I don't think I have, but if I have I will be staying out of it now till boxing day, no point putting ur body Into ketosis to come out of it before ur probably fully in it, if tht makes sence lol so my answer to it question is, I wouldnt bother

Been off forum due to a lovely long week in Egypt. Time to get back on track (been totally off plan, can't bare to weigh in right now will update later on) gonna be doing a vlcd for a week or two, to catch up and get into K.

It was amazing, one day in Cairo seeing the pyramids, a day in dahab diving and 5 days in sharm. New years in a Hilton hotel is an experience! They had a masquerade ball with out any expense spared. There was so much delicious food all week.
