a pound last week and another this week. Illness, anti-biotics and my *week starting today ..Im amazed Ive lost anything but very pleased that I have!

Finally off the mark! Since I started running my weight loss completely stopped for a month! But lost 2lbs last week so hopefully its moving again!

i want to get to my initial PAT of 12 stone 7lb (10 stone award) i might keep going after- but i just wanna see how i feel at that weight :)

another pound off, still on the meds which isnt helping but I'm still disappointed its sooo slow!

Haven't been updating, sorry! But the scales are finally going down again, instead of bouncing around the same number for weeks :) 1 pound off this week and 1.5 last week.

Down 1.5 this week :) Might be a coincidence, but I've had 3 good weeks since giving up coffee for Lent. We'll see how it goes next week and if I can keep it up.

Haven't been doing any real exercise though, and I should be to tone up some of the wiggly bits.

As I said in my first post, I won't be anywhere near target by Christmas but would still like to join in x
 
Yep thats fine my target is only an interim one as well, its just where you want to be by the end of the year x
 
We have 41 weeks til the end of the challenge and I have about 9 stone(126lbs) to lose, so altho I know I won't manage that in 9 months, I'm still going to put that as my target so I can see how I'm getting on :)
