I hadnt noticed this section before and would love to join a group for some support.

I am hoping to get to my initial target of 18 1/2 stone by the end of the year, which is still about 4 1/2 stone away yet but mind if i join you?

I started at 26 1/2 stone btw so 18 1/2 stone would be an 8 stone loss.

To be honest long term i am hoping to get to about 15-16 stone but i think 8 stones a good inital target eh :)

Our stats our not similar at all! You are currently at my start weight, and have 4 and a half stone to lose, and I have lost 2 and a half, with just under 7 to go!! You must be looking at someone else's!!! :confused:

As i said in my initial post my long term target is not going to be 18 1/2 stone but thats my aim for this year, i infact as i said earlier want to get down to 15-16 stone which means i will have in total more like 7 1/2 stone to lose still.

As for the stats comment i was talking about BMI wise but dont worry was just trying to be friendly.
