So food today

B Hifi bar and coffee in class
L sw quiche with smoked salmon broccoli and asparagus kiwi nectarine and scan bran cake
S scan bran cake
D prawn stir fry with sweet and sour sauce pineapple and grapes

My only syns were the sauce and one Cadbury finger which is think is 1.5 so first day for a week I have been on plan 100%

Going to the ss Great Britain tomoro but taking a packed lunch. Plan is then to come home and have takeaway need to think what will def be Chinese so possibly chop suey as I will be doing red I think tho maybe ee tho am not very good at those!!

Then on Friday driving to see my oldest friend and her 4 week old baby, her hubby is away so I'm going to be an extra pair of hands. My plan is to cook Friday and Saturday night for us and hopefully with a 4 week old there won't be any wine!! Will also take a ton of fruit she is super healthy so I know the food will go down ok just hope she takes it as niceness not control freakness! Thinking chicken Kung poa on Friday night and beef seesh kebabs on Saturday night just need to investigate what to have with them as I am rubbish on carbs as I do red and she will probably need them for baby energy! I don't eat rice at all so thinking noddles for Friday and do ee and a pitta on Saturday if I can find one which is a HEXb. Then back to work on Monday holiday has gone so fast but also quite slow in some ways.

Got the little book of soups today as I love soup and needed some inspiration as I only do celeriac and leek and butternut squash! So handy for lunch at work when salad won't cut it!

I will and drinking body weight in gin will always lead to a gain. 2 day hangover has stopped me going near any booze this week tho!

Stuck to plan again today syns were prawn chop suey and egg fried rice half portion of rice with OH so guessing 10 syns but have no idea. Friend seems ok with my food taking phew!

Had lovely day in Bristol I drove both ways unheard of! OH is an awful passenger but braved it today and was ok must do it more!!

Stocking up iPad with bbc downloads for weekend also intend to plan week while away as expecting downtime while friend and baby sleep!
 
Safely made it along m4/m5/m6/m56 today to frodsham! Chilling in costa now as early for my friend but missed the traffic. 100% so far today

Syns no idea whatever my BF pulls out! Possibly crisps and dip she loves those maybe a glass of wine doubt it will be choc she isn't a huge fan.

Scales said 12st 1 this morning which is 0.5lb down on weds. Next time I go under 12st am staying there!!
 
Avoided bread sticks and dip had wine and a small g&t and a piece of cheesecake. Could have been much worse! Tucked up now house is freezing so got triple duvet and dressing gown on. xxxx

No idea on syns yesterday was awful but today think I was ok tho only guessing!
 
Hello lovely, have been AWOL this weekend but back now and catching up on diaries. Sounds like you've had some lush food this weekend! lol

Been at work since 6 and did resist the celebratory cakes in front of me!

Scales stuck at 12st 1 and have been for ages need a good week but it's my birthday at the weekend so unlikely! xx

Syns chocolate Lindt with cookies and cream lush and no idea of syns a pressie from OH parents from holidays!

Exhausted today 6-2 first day back is a killer! Did have a tiny doze earlier but want an early night more than a nap!
 
Stuck it out for an early night was asleep just after 9 and slept thru until 8 as doing 11-8 today was much needed, feel almost human again now!

Scales say 12st dead this morning which is only 0.25lbs off where I was 2 weeks ago would be so happy if another tiny bit came off for my birthday so I am officially under 12st for it!

Meanwhile I have accidentally made my scan bran cake with no sweetener, not to be recommended! Putting it on the top doesn't have the same effect!

So basically hauling myself thru to 2 tomoro when I finish until 1 on Friday so I can do some planning as at the moment am just kind of eating what I can rummage around for!

Today

L sw quiche salad ryvita chilli beef blue cheese triangles some fruit
D salmon and salad, although as yet don't have this salad, thank god for working in a supermarket, with rest of fruit

Syns 6 for the pesto salmon

Not an inspiring day but they tend not to be when I need lunch and dinner at work

Got so much else to do as well and my parents want to come and see me as well and am basically saying no! Feeling bad but with everything that needs doing plus socialising for my birthday I don't have much time and they only decided yesterday they want to come! Am racking my brains for a compromise but really struggling and the week after in OH mother's 70th as well so need to be available for that. Although no idea what the actual plan is. And need to get presents for my sister and OH mum and do everything else and enjoy my birthday!
 
On a massive self sabotage mission today it seems eaten everything in sight. Need to wi and plan today. Had a headache for last 2 days which hasn't helped
 
Finished work until 1:00pm on Friday now, left them a list of what needs to be done and if it doesn't get done it will be their problem not mine as I'm not in! I know that sounds harsh but I do everything and if I'm not there it gets left, got so cross today I was nearly crying because no one is doing proper handovers and everyone hears bits and pieces and people don't think things thru and then I am left to sort it all out. Sorry moan over but think that explains my huge sugar-thon today!

Need to haul myself to Asda for money and yoghurt and fruit and maybe dinner, am not sure yet tho but need to get a wriggle on as wi has moved to 5:30!
