Call to get tough on eating sites

I was once in hospital with several anorexics. One of them only ate a peach a day, her teeth were rotted. I always wondered what she made of me. I was terrified when we spoke, as I didn't want to say the wrong thing too her. I saw her recently, I was surprised she was still alive. Scarey disease.

I think they should shut them down. They can track down those viewing illegal images, so surely they can do the same for these people? It's really scary. I've looked at one of these 'pro-ana' websites, and its shocking stuff.

I have visited a few "pro-ana" sites and it makes me want to cry. Some of them claim to be recovery sites but there's not much recovery going on seemingly. I don't think recovery can happen on a site where they actively encourage each other to starve, these sites are bound to do more harm than good.
