A few posts recently have mentioned lack of motivation, falling off the waggon, giving in etc etc.
So is anyone up for the 7 day challenge - stick to SW 100% for 7 days. Write down everything, no flexi syn days, weigh/measure Hex etc.
Come on you lot - sign up here and join me in 7 days at 100% starting from today. 7 days is such a short amount of time and, who knows, at next WI you might all be absolutely thrilled you did. No more choccy attacks, no more pretending that large glass of wine is only 5 syns, no more 'if its not in the food diary it doesn't really count' stuff we all do from time to time.
