Caloriefree's Menu/Weigh-ins

Hello everyone! I have tried a couple of diets on here but im comfortable with this one.

I am 22 years old. I am married to the wonderful Zach, And we have a 10 month old little girl. Zach recently started working away so its just me and lil Reesee. So i am hitting the fat hard! To just get it off! I lightly work out whenever i have time. I dont like to push that idea or i rebel and end up going on strike lol. So my plan is to have 1000cals a day and once a week have one meal that i eat what i want with common sense. I eat very healthy so i end up eating alot out of that 1000cals so i stay full all day long. I drink beyond tons of water and sometimes chew gum. I almost always lay out my daily food so i dont go off course without noticing.

I have lost 10lbs so far. And weigh in on thursdays.

Todays menu has been

Breakfast = 2 Egg whites 104cals
1 piece turkey bacon = 25cals
5 sprays of dressing 5cals
small amount of mixed cheese 40cals
1 cup of sugar free pudding 60 cals
= 204 Cals

Lunch = Thin Sliced Steak meat 160cals
Half a VERY large sweet potato 76cals
1 cut up mushroom in the steak 40 cals
= 312 Cals

Snack = 17 Tomato Basil crackers 90cals

Dinner =
Pumpkim butternut squash pasta = 300cals

Snack = Large banana = 90cals

Daily Calorie Intake = 992cals

Workout was
50 Stomach
25 Arms
50 Leg

Breakfast = Glass of skim milk - Not counting the 80cals because i need the milk today
2 egg whites 104 cals
1 piece of turkey bacon 25 cals
5 sprays of dressing 5cals
small amount of mixed cheese 40cals
=174cals


Lunch =
Two servings of Zesty Lemon pepper Tuna = 140cals

Snack = 3 Snackwell cream cookies = 150cals

Dinner
Two egg whites = 104cals
Finely cut steak = 160cals
Dressing = 5cals
Cheese = 40cals
= 309 cals

Snack/Emergency food = Can of soup 140cals
Snack/Anytime = 17 tomato basil crackers 90cals



= 1003 cals. Very nice!

Well today is weigh in day and OMG i lost 5lbs this week! woot!

This morning i ran to the food store so i didnt have time to make a breakfast so i had a
Breakfast
Grain bar =130cals

Lunch = Salad 15 cals,
pecan, cranberry, cherry mix 60cals
Chicken 100cals
Dressing 10cals
= 185cals

Snack = Cup of sugar free pudding 60cal
Banana 90cals
= 150

Dinner = steak 160cals
Mushrooms 60cals
Half of a half of a sweet potato 50cals
=
270cals

Snack =Two cookies = 100cals

Gotten a little behind on writting down what i eat. But i have stuck to the 1000cals a day

Thanks so much! im actually forcing myself to eat 1000cals now lol just not hungry anymore..so thats great

woot! just weighed in and lost 4lbs this week! Last two days i did bad and barely ate but i was really stressed out so it wasnt on purpose. But anyway im happy about the weight loss this week and im going to go eat a nice lunch today and refill myself from the last two days lol
 
Thank you! i did....Yesterdays treat was a 150cal brownie..boy i needed that! Everything is going great...noticing alot of weight loss in my face recently which is AMAZING! Will post my newest loss thursday! Goodluck everybuddy
 
Stayed the same weight this week..which is okay since ive lost so much in the weeks before...Can only look forward to next weeks weigh in!!
 
Tomorrow is weigh in day! i cheated yesterday and weighed myself and i was down a lb..so not to bad..guess im just slowing down on losing..maybe it'll kick start soon!
 
hi i just noticed on you calorie counting that you had put down 2 egg whites at 104 calories. Last time I checked a few days ago (im doing lowcal too) 1 egg white is 17cals so 34cals for the two!!

Anyways well done so far and good luck on the rest xx kel xx​
