Almost through my first week, but don't feel like I've lost much. I'll know for sure at WI tomorrow obviously, but wondered if any experienced WW'ers could have a look through my food diaries and let me know how you think they look? Anything I should be doing differently? Do my points values look about right? (I have got some values from the pocket guide in the blue folder, but 90% have been worked out on the WWDiary app on my android phone).

Hi there, I've done WW on and off through the years and have lost well, but only my 3rd week on ProPoints. Your diary looks fine, you seem to be having fruit and veg every day, as well as a wee treat (as i do too :D )
The only things I would double check are: Prawns 60g cooked is 1 pp (not 100g?) I work out that a Mullerlight yoghurt is 3pp, are your crisps a standard bag as these have a higher pp value if not from a multipack, and as long as your bacon is extra lean with any visible fat trimmed.

You seem to be making good choices and eating well though so good luck for your first weigh in and let us know how you get on :D

Looks good to me too.... although i have muller light at 2 for vanilla, 3 for raspberry and cranberry (my fav but just not work the extra point :( ) looking good x
