Can i ask a few daft questions about DUKAN Bread Please x

Hiya,

1. Can u have Dukan Bread on Attack - if so how much? And is this is addition to 1 1/2 tbsp of oatbran?
2. How do u make it - Joking, just being lazy, i'll look it up.

Dukan bread is made from oatbran so ur allowance would be in the bread. Its made with wheatbran which im not sure if this is allowed during attack.

You can make it with oatbran only but it uses your allowance up. I've never had wheatbran x

There's a Dukan bread which doesn't use Oatmeal but cornflour (tolerated) recipe on here somewhere but you cant have it in Attack
