Can I ask for some help please

Hello all my hamper arrived and been reading my little booklet and my milk allowance is 125ml of semi skimmed, well I can only drink skimmed does this make a difference to the allowance.

I can also have my diet coke and decaffeinated coffee thats brilliant couldn't cope without a coffee.

I also use skimmed milk and whilst they do not comment on it in any of their literature, I have about a cup (250ml) a day of skimmed. I love my coffee and tea way too much to last on 125ml.
