    Hi sweeties,

I'm on the sole source, can i eat jelly? It says on the pack its less than 10calories per serving? I just need something to keep me going, water isnt doing it for me. I also saw people mention gelatine, whats that and how do you make it?:)

    Thanx sweeties,
    Miss Candi

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.. but you can't have the jelly.
The gelatine people are talking about is a product called Mix-a-Mousse which you can get from your CDC in week 3. This turns a shake into a mousse, much like angel delight. Good luck, and the water thing gets easier! :) xx

rightly or wrongly i HAVE eaten sugar free jelly on occassion and it has never affected my ketosis and i reguarly lose weight. At my totm i am ravenous and if its a choice between that or a bar of chocolate then sugar free jelly it is!!!
