Can I still lose on step 3?

Moving from ss+, am I likely to lose on a higher step? I'm running out of products and I haven't reached my goal quite (12lbs to go) I have about 5 full (3 cd products a day)weeks left but thinking about moving to step 3 so they last longer. Will I still get to target this way? Or am I better staying on ss+ till target and going cold turkey on cd? Please advise I'm in a bit of a pickle as to what to do x

Once you get within a stone left to lose you should be moving up the steps anyway chick, I have just gone from SS/SS+ to step 3 and it's still coming off in fact I think my body enjoyed the extra calories as my weight loss picked up speed. Cambridge recommend you spend 2 week at each step as part of stabilisation buy as I go on a AI holiday on Sunday I needed to move up faster, I didn't want to go from 3 shakes to full on food

That's right. Once you are a stone from goal you begin to move up. Sure you will still lose on 1000. Just don't be gutted if you get a slowed loss the first week after SS+. You're doing so well! Congratulations and keep going x

Awesome, I had no idea I should go up anyway that makes me feel loads better. I'll finish this week on ss+ then could I go straight to step 3 do you think (considering I have milk already)? Thanks guys really appreciate it x

So are you skipping steps or just staying at each for less time? There's not much diff between ss+ & 810 anyway so I was thinking to go straight to step 3. Think that would screw me up or be ok? Thanks x

I just went from SS+ to step 3 and have been fine, and have been at this step 2 weeks. The only thing I added was some bread on day and that made me gain 2.6lb that has gone now but will not be eating bread again lol

Great, so I'll do the same then! Don't weigh protein anymore and never weighed veg so should be fine. I don't really get on with bread anyway so won't be going there! What were your losses when you moved? On phone so can't see sigs. Ooh I'm so excited about eating fruit again! :) where are you going on your hols? Sorry for bombarding you with qs, but its quite daunting moving back into the real world and as I don't have a cdc I'm getting in a bit of a panic! Thanks again x

I lots 3lb the first week and STS this week (TOTM) with fruit I have only added apples so far. Never weighed meat of veg (never just had 2tbs) and my weight still came off. We are only going to butlins Bognor for the week they have crazy town on for my little ones
