Can this recipe be SW friendly?

    Can it be SW friedly??


    • 2 leeks
    • 8 oz red new potatoes
    • 1 can sweetcorn
    • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
    • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 8 oz cod fillets
    • 8 oz large prawns
    • 1 cup milk
    • 4 slices bacon

    You could get packet celery soup & make up with water & quark/ff fromage frais (to make it creamy) & use milk out of your allowance.

    You would need to syn the soup (1 syn/20 calories) and HEa or syn the milk. It shouldn't be very high when divided into servings so I wouldn't both trying to adapt it.

    Its an american recipe for seafood chowder, the picture just looked really nice.
