Hopefully 2 sleeps with big losses as am at -0 so far :)
 
Day 14 and muffy has managed to get to 'overweight' bmi :D (now 11 stone 9.2lb)

I don't remember what I weighed last week so I don't know what iv lost this week ? I'll look back later when I have laptop.

I feel rubbish that I'm hardly here then when I am I post all about how well I'm doing and making you feel worse :(

Not sure how I can get around that?

C'mon chook you were doing so well (better than me) and just look at how much you lost last week while you were 100%!

You know you CAN do TS and that it's the only way you can get those bigger/faster losses. Stupid totm is to blame but of course only you can say 'sod totm I'm pushing through this' you have to beat it honey and you have so Many people on here to talk to and get support from.

We all think you are fab ;)
Just shout me a text if you need me. I'm never too busy for you but o don't have time to come on minimins much at moment because I will get nothing done! Xx


Iv been thinking about what triggers me to go off plan. I think that maybe a routine is my secret at the moment?
When I'm in a routine I lose and stick to TS better.
If kids are off school I'm rubbish but on a normal week day

I get up
Pee
Weigh
Wash/teeth
Drink
dress(me and kids)
Take kids to school
Come back
Drink and half bar/shake
Do house work
Drink
go shopping or run some errands
Pop to see parents half shake/bar
Collect kids from school
Get home
drink
Half bar or shake
Do dinner
Drink
Watch tv
Half bar or shake
Put kids in bed
Drink
Bath
Tv
Bar or shake
Go to bed ;)


But if I don't have any of those things to do I just end up wanting to eat because I'm bored xxx

Lol you nutcase you do nothing but help!!! Your successes are a great positive thing nit a negative one :) I am fine just got to pull myself together :)

You have slipped to over 7lbs away from me again (competitive inner voice) must try harder must catch up!!!!

So in the 11s for me next week and under 11.7 for you? ;)
 
I'm working at 3.5lb this week
With totm I'm worried I will struggle but then again I am moving this week so being busy might help to shift something :) normally my totm makes me stray and I only lose 1.4lb that week but I
Curious to see just how much I can lose while on totm and being TS 100% xxx

Hope you can stay strong this week honey and you will be in the 11's soon :)
