My fave is the Medcalfes skinny topcorn in sweet & salty mmmmm!
I am doing WW at home without classes, i used to go to a class so have all the books & info, i miss going to a real class but cos i'm always missing them due to illness it's not really worth the cash :(
This forum totally keeps me on plan - it's like a virtual class that's always open :)

Nope, i just bought the books and stuff off the ww website..i did think about meetings but i am quite motivated on my own and seems like a lot of money just to get weighed! plus yeah the forum here is great for any support :) pret do nice popcorn too, their cheese flavour one is amazing!! haven't had that since ww...wonder if its a lot of points...!:) x

I'm so gutted today :(
Even though there's loads of reasons for it - have had such a crazy time being ill for the past 2 weeks, i weighed this morning & I've gained 1/2 lb - if i was plodding along nicely losing most weeks i really wouldn't let 1/2lb bother me that much BUT it means that I'm actually heavier than i was at the start of the month!! :'(
I'm doing that awful yo-yo with 3lbs & can't make progress - i just need to write this down even though i sound like a right whinge-bag ;)

Over the whole 7weeks I've lost 9+1/2 lbs .... ok so when i think of it like that it sounds ok - it's right on track for the 1lb - 2lb a week aim... but I've still got to get 1lb off to get rid of the whole gain from 3weeks ago (i was at a total loss of 10 + 3/4 lbs)
Also i have a chart with stickers on my wall that OH made me & i haven't been able to stick anything on it in weeks!!! ;) yes i love my stickers lol

I'm going to write my weekly break-down of losses & gains as I'm naughty & sometimes don't admit to a gain on here as I'm ashamed! I know u need to stop doing that as I'm doing this for myself & what's the point in lying in my own diary eh? Honesty & truth from now on!!
I also really appreciate viewing other people weekly stats run-down to see that the same thing happened to them & they still got through it even if it did take a few weeks :)

Ok well I hope I can get a loss next week - like I've said before - there is no option of giving up for me because of my future Op... usually this would get me really off track but that's not going to happen! Hope I can get moving a bit & wake up my metabolism after a week of bed rest!

OT - I'm loving this autumnal weather:D I'm all cosied up in fluffy cardies & baggy jeans again whoop! I'm not a Summer fan so I've been very lucky this year!
 
Don't even think about giving up Carrie- you are doing fab and you are having a good solid steady loss! :) thats so sweet your OH made you a sticker chart, im gona make mine make me one too! :p x

Awwwh I love your mini chart hon... Wish my OH was that thoughtful.
I'm only averaging a lb a week loss myself hon but even if its slow we'll both get to our goals, chin up lovely... I think you're doing great! :) xx

Just like everyone else I think you are doing great! And your other half is very sweet to make you a sticker board. I love things like that too and I like them all nice and neat! I bought myself a lovely notebook and some stickers and I write my food diary in it and stick smilie faces and things on it when I'm happy with my day ( a little sad I know).

And yes we will all get there if we stick at it :) it's the getting back on track that will make this time WORK :)

Sooo those naughty little mini rolls! It may look like a huge mess up but it was totally planned - i saw them early this week in m&s & couldn't stop thinking about them!
So i just planned to count them into my points tonight :)
They are mega sweet & would get sickly quick but they've really satisfied my choc cravings of the last few days - you only get about 15? In a tub & OH had his paw in there a few times 2 hehe ;)
So they won't last long & then i will just get them as a very rare treat!
They are 3pp each or 2 for 5pp - worth it if you can stop but i want at least 5 at a time so won't get them often!

Awful day - managed to use 24weeklies in 1 night :'( :'( :'(
With my 48 dailies my total was 72pp!
Feel like a massive heifer!
Not 'lost it' like that since i re-started WW this time :(
I know why & what went wrong but i'm really gutted that i couldn't stop myself from going over by so much.
Soooooo annoying!
I was just hungry alllllll day & no matter what i ate i was still hungry... boo - hiss .... will write more tomorrow
