They're really good the breaks, but would like them uprated IF we ever get back to the track. Way things are going money wise thats looking doubtful for a wee bit:(

Not sure I would class myself as a petrol head but I love quirky cars and Top Gear, does that qualify?!!

I currently have a Nissan Figaro which is my absolute pride and joy...Figgy Pudding to his friends

They are so cute! Don't think the munchkin would fit though. Love the name. I like Top Gear, although i must admit Jeremy Clarkson... not my fav person he dissed my car lol. The handling on it is a bit mad but thats why I like it.:)

part time petrolhead here. brother and dad both amateur rally drivers, do co-piloting when i get a chance. brother has a talbot sunbeam and dad has a ford mark 2.
im only in a 306 at the min, and it hasnt even got turbo! was a poor student for a long time, but have my eye on a honda civic type r now. mum and dad's runaround is a subaru impreza so sometimes i sit in the seat and make vroom vroom noises and dream my wee dreams.....lol
Hiya (love the shoes btw, totally OT but had to say) Love the old Civics, not too keen on the new shape although the Type R does have a wee bit going on there.

Jeezo, thats a bit of a monster. Not got huge knowlege of American Cars. Must get about 5mpg out of it, mind. Did you restore it or was it in good condition when you got it? Mines is 240 bhp (about 290 after my upgrade) you must feel like you're actually flying with the 400:D

nah she only a baby sheep hidden in wolves clothing --- lol

not sure what the mpg is but we went 160 miles on quater of tank (90L)

She feels fast and its cool that everyone looks at it

we bought her with a little bit of work to do on it -- nearly all interior --

Lucky enough to get to choose from a decent range of company cars

Probably should've gone for something where the tax and emissions didn't cripple me (did go for diesel though), but couldn't resist - I drive an Audi A3 2.0 TDI S-Line 170BHP in Black, with Black leather interior and I just love it! Particularly like overtaking BMWs on motorway slip roads (sorry Munkypooh!)

Bit of an Audi girl - if money were no object I'd probably go for an S5, although Aston Martin DB9 and E-Type Jag are definately in the running!!!

And- Porgeous - glad I'm not the only one who names my cars, in the past I have had Neville Nova, Eddie Escort, Freddie Focus and all my A3s (this is A3 number 4- how sad, told you I was an Audi girl) have been called "A3PO" after the Star Wars character. Thought it was amusing at the time and the name just stuck!!!

OH into his bikes - has a BMW1150GS which we take on road trips.

I have gone from one extreme to the other. My old car was a Mercedes SLK 230 Kompressor - you could call it my mid-life crisis vehicle. For the past five months I've had a new Fiat 500 1.4 sports.

We happened to be in Italy when it was released last year and it was love at first sight, so when they were available over here I ordered one and the SLK went. I miss the SLK, but I really love the 500:)

i drive an audi A4 and have a thing for audi's and VW's.

my dream car would have to be a VW karmann ghia

anyway dream car : saleen s7 twin turbo in orange
Dream bike : zx12-r in white with a blue stripe, and blue parts, a real custom job ;)

I've had a love affair with bikes for years, used to ride a 125 but then liked the comfort of the car and that was the end of that. DH rides (when the weather is good) a Triumph Daytona 675 - it doesn't come out the garage much though!

Good to see so many differant tastes in car and bikes. Bikeshave never been my thing really. The Saleen is an amazing car, those americans know how to make a super car. Do love the SLKs must have been weird switching from that Samantha, but when you fall in love with a car its all that matters. I love mine, just love driving it often just go out and drive for the sheer pleasure of it.
