Its a great workout, I've got a bad arm, I hurt it over the weekend -got feeling my 3 yr old jumped on me while I was asleep! and cos I've had sections my stomach still feels really weak! so probably just over done it!

L- Vegetable stir fry, pitta bread and apple.

D- 3 Nume sausages, potatoes, steam veg.

S- 2 nu cereal bars and penguin biscuit.

Total: 1106 Cals Exercise: 506 :D

Brilliant day Hun, the shred is hard but I think it's so worth it i think you can feel thinks tightening up within a week

Morning cas are you weighing tommorrow ? I am dreading it !! Got the toning class again tonight

Hey, I probably wi tomorrow- what about you? enjoy the toning class!

Well no shred again today, as my arm and stomach is still killing, my stomach feels like I'm just recovering from C/section- must of pulled something. I done loads of walking and loads of cleaning, just not on my own house!

So far today:

B- Small banana, cereal bar- (only ate half banana as my lo nicked the other half)

L- Pitta bread and loads of veg stir fry.
.
D- Cod in batter, salad and jacket potato.

S- Cuppa n kitkat chunky, Alpen bar and apple.

Total cals 1201 Exercise 607 cals.

Ooo be careful

Sounds painful going to weigh in Saturday by some miracle I might STS or lose ( doubt it its normally every third week

I don't think not helps how short I am I really can't go over my cals at all , how tall are you ?

I'm about 5.5 so not too bad, I tend to carry the weight on my face! if I only ate 1000 cals a day I know weight would drop off but I just think that's too low.

Going start calorie cycling tomorrow! Fri-1100, Sat 1400, Sun 1900, Mon-1200. Tues-1000, Wed- 1200, Thurs 1000.

I was going to suggest calorie cycling. Keeps the body guessing. You're doing great x

Hey TheRealMrsB,

The theory behind calorie cycling is that it keeps your metabolism guessing by not letting it get used to one caloric intake or another similar to juddd diet but not as stricted or low an example of a week could be:

Cals
Sun: 1500
Mon: 1300
Tue: 1200
Wed: 1500
Thu: 1200
Fri: 1400
Sat: 1500

Weekly average = 9600 calories per week or ~1371 per day.

I think it can be good for your metabolism to include 1 or 2 very high days (at least maintenance calories) among your calories to give your metabolism a little boost.

Sun: 2000
Mon: 1500
Tue: 1200
Wed: 1500
Thu: 1200
Fri: 1400
Sat: 1800

Weekly average = 10,600 per week or ~1514 per day

These are just examples so you can work out your own plan, based on your own daily or weekly calories, but it can be easier to follow especially when your socialising/going out and you don't want people to know your dieting or just want to enjoy yourself!

And don't forget to add some exercise in the plan, that can help boost your losses xx
